When you call, knowledgeable staff members listen to your problem, assess what services you may need, and provide information and referrals for the most appropriate place(s) in the community you can go to get help. All information is free and confidential. All you have to do is call from any land line or mobile phone, a free call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you’d rather talk to someone in person, stop by the United Way office (located at 1201 Hudson Lane in Monroe) and our caring and compassionate staff will be ready to assist you.
