Kristen Shambro is the AVP of Operations at Centric Federal Credit Union and serves as the Chair on the United Way NELA’s Young Leaders UNITED Cabinet. Kristen is passionate about Young Leaders UNITED and United Way’s mission because our young leaders will shape the future of our community. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and devotes all of her volunteer hours to support the United Way.

Kristen is a dog mom to a very energetic golden retriever named Bailey George and a proud aunt to three weird little humans. Kristen loves disappearing into the pages of a good book or going on road trips where she can belt out any Taylor Swift song (Taylor’s Version, of course).
