Thomas Graham is a commercial lines insurance agent with Lincoln Agency of Ruston and serves on United Way NELA's Young Leaders UNITED Cabinet. Thomas is passionate about Young Leaders UNITED and United Way’s mission because he believes in the importance of cultivating future volunteer leaders within our communities. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Master of Arts in Counseling and Guidance, and Ph.D. Education Certificate in Higher Education Administration from Louisiana Tech University. Thomas is involved in multiple areas within the community which are: Ruston/Lincoln Chamber of Commerce where is serves on the executive board, serves on the Lincoln Parish Crime Stoppers Committee, a current member for Ruston Rotary, and is also a member of the Louisiana Tech Letterman’s Club.

Thomas is a family man. He has been married to his wife Maggie for 9 years and they have 4 beautiful children together. Stella (7) Benjamin (6) William (2) and Gail (7months).
