Ashley King West serves as Sr. Vice President, Private Banking Relationship Manager for Progressive Bank. In her role, she manages all facets of commercial and personal relationships, providing banking solutions that meet and support the unique financial needs of private banking clients.
Her passion for United Way and its mission grows exponentially as she sees the organization's own initiatives and partner agency programs it supports making a tangible, measurable impact in the lives of those in Northeast Louisiana. Ashley is proud of how the organization identifies critical needs, unites community partners through collaborations to address those needs, and provides funding to agencies and programs over and above what United Way can raise though the annual campaign. She values the transparency and fiscal responsibility of the organization and how it holds its partner agencies accountable to the same high standards. Ashley is confident that United Way ensures the resources entrusted to it by the community are managed wisely.
Ashley is a graduate of Ouachita Christian School (1998) and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Political Science (2002) from the University of Mississippi. She has also earned a Marketing Diploma through the American Bankers Association (2006) and graduated of Leadership Ouachita (Class of 2007).
A strong advocate for her community, Ashley is an active sustaining member of the Junior League of Monroe, a volunteer with the Lexington Elementary PTO, and joined the St. Francis Foundation Board of Directors in 2021. Over her career, she has dedicated her time to the American Heart Association, The Children’s Advocacy Center, The Monroe Chamber of Commerce, The Northeast Louisiana American Red Cross, and The Northeast Louisiana Arts Council.
Ashley is married to Frederick West and has two sons, Hayes (10) and Andrew (6). Ashley is active member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church and the Monroe Garden Club. Her favorite activity is spending time with her family, and her hobbies include cooking, exercising, and keeping up with her favorite sports. The Wests love their Ole Miss Rebels, New Orleans Saints, and St. Louis Cardinals!
