Jeremiah Gonzales serves as the Data Specialist at United Way of Northeast Louisiana. In this role, he manages and maintains the organization's CRM system, ensuring donor and campaign information is accurate, complete, and up to date. He is responsible for data entry, record management, data imports and updates, segmentation, reporting, and overall data integrity within the system. Jeremiah also supports CRM users across the organization and helps ensure the system is used consistently and effectively.
Jeremiah enjoys opportunities to strengthen his data management skills and gain hands-on experience working with systems that support the organization's work. His favorite part of his role is working alongside individuals who are dedicated to helping others while continuing to grow professionally.
