Heather serves as the Engagement Coordinator at United Way of Northeast Louisiana. In this role, she supports community engagement requests, assisting with donor and partner communications, and supporting workplace campaigns and special events. Heather collaborates across the Advancement & External Affairs team to help ensure alignment in outreach, stewardship, and engagement initiatives while helping create meaningful experiences that connect people to the mission of United Way.
Heather holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Strayer University, as well as a Master of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Project Management from Liberty University. She is passionate about serving her community, mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders, and using her gifts to make a positive impact through service and ministry. Heather is an active member and leader at Living Water Ministries in Monroe under the leadership of Pastors Adrian and Latondra Fisher.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending quality time with her son, Kylan, and family and friends. Together, they enjoy writing books, listening to music, staying active through sports, and creating lasting memories with the people they love.
