Stephanie Thompson serves as the Community Impact Manager at United Way of Northeast Louisiana and is a member of the Community Impact Initiatives Team.

 

Since joining United Way in 2016, she has led and supported initiatives across the region, currently managing the Community Investment process and facilitating collaborative efforts focused on disaster recovery, hunger relief, and emergency support. Stephanie supports the FEMA Emergency Food and Shelter Program for multiple parishes, Nonprofit Capacity-Building efforts for a stronger Northeast Louisiana and contributes to the organization’s grant writing.

 

Before joining United Way, she spent over a decade in product and marketing leadership at Emerson Process Management. She brings a strong systems mindset and a passion for aligning people, data, and resources to create lasting community change.

 

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Spanish Language from Rhodes College. She lives in Ruston with her husband and two daughters.
