Digital Marketing & Engagement Manager

Sydney Key serves as the Marketing & Communications Manager at United Way of Northeast Louisiana. In this role, she leads the organization's marketing and communications efforts, overseeing brand strategy and ensuring consistency across all public-facing channels. Sydney manages digital marketing initiatives, including the organization's website, email marketing, and social media platforms, while developing and executing integrated campaigns and creative assets. She also coordinates media relations, public communications, and storytelling initiatives, provides creative direction for fundraising campaigns and special events, and collaborates across departments to align communications with organizational priorities and mission impact. Through strategic communications and brand stewardship, Sydney helps elevate the visibility and impact of United Way of Northeast Louisiana across the region.

Sydney earned her Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Louisiana Monroe. Following graduation, she began her career with United Way of Northeast Louisiana as a Marketing & Communications Intern, where she discovered her passion for using creative storytelling and design to strengthen community engagement and inspire people to get involved. That experience sparked a lasting commitment to connecting people with purpose and advancing missions that create meaningful, lasting impact. 


Outside of work, Sydney enjoys reading, growing in her faith, and using her creative talents through artistic projects such as crocheting. She cherishes spending quality time with her husband, Hunter, and their two sons, Turner and Titus.
