Uzma Roy is the Leadership Giving Manager for United Way of Northeast Louisiana. In this role, she leads efforts to cultivate, engage, and steward leadership-level donors across the region while supporting individual giving strategies that strengthen community impact. She works closely with individuals and families to connect their philanthropic interests with opportunities to invest in the mission of United Way and create lasting change.
Uzma holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Louisiana Monroe and brings more than 20 years of volunteer leadership and fundraising experience through her children's schools and community involvement. Her background in relationship building, volunteer engagement, and philanthropy reflects her commitment to strengthening communities through meaningful partnerships.
Outside of work, Uzma enjoys traveling, baking, gardening, and watching movies with her family. She is a proud mother of five children.
