
Amy Puckett is the Community Resource Navigator at United Way of Northeast Louisiana.
In her role, Amy plays a vital part in increasing equitable access to essential services by helping individuals with low literacy or technological barriers navigate complex paperwork, applications, and systems. As a front-line connector for the FORM FRIENDS program, she ensures underserved individuals receive the support they need.
Amy has owned several small businesses in Northeast Louisiana, including her current role as co-owner of Fasta Pasta, LLC. She also serves as an Ambassador for the Monroe Chamber of Commerce and has spent several years mentoring young entrepreneurs to help them grow their businesses.
Amy lives in Monroe with her husband, Rusty. Together, they enjoy time with their two children and two grandchildren.
