Rosie Fields serves as the Financial Health Associate at United Way of Northeast Louisiana. In this role, her work focuses on financial stability, health, education, and income tax assistance through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program to help positively impact the lives of individuals and families across the community. 

An alumna of the University of Louisiana Monroe, Louisiana State University Shreveport, and Hope Bible Institute of Baton Rouge, Rosie holds a Master's in Education, a Master's in Criminal Justice, and a Doctorate in Biblical Psychology (PhysD). She also holds certification as a Licensed Professional Christian Therapist (LPCT). Rosie is passionate about empowering others to reach their full potential and pursue healthy, prosperous lifestyles. 

Outside of work, Rosie serves as President of the Usher Board and secretary of the Mother's Ministry at her church in West Monroe. She is also a board member and active volunteer with Street Wise Ministries Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to feeding individuals experiencing homelessness in the community. Rosie is married to Donald Fields, a deputy with the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office. Together, they have two sons, two daughters, and seven grandchildren, whom she lovingly refers to as her "Grandloves."
