Join us on August 6th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for our T-shirt folding event, Tee Up for Impact! This come-and-go event is a fun and easy way to lend a hand and help us get ready for campaign season. Stop by, fold a few shirts, and make a difference!

I grant permission to United Way of Northeast Louisiana, hereinafter known as the “Media,” to use my image (photographs and/or video) for use in Media publications including:

  • Social media
  • Videos
  • Email Blasts
  • General Publications
  • Website and/or Affiliates
  • Printed materials

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image. Please sign below based on the applicable circumstance below:
