Turkey Takeover
Give a Little. Gobble a Lot!
Sterlington Mayor Matt Talbert and Chief Police Cobi Brown may be trading their every day attire for feathers this November!
As part of the Town of Sterlington's workplace Campaign benefiting United Way of Northeast Louisiana, students, families, and community members are invited to join the fun and help raise $5,000 for a good cause.
If the fundraising goal is reached, BOTH Mayor Talbert and Chief Brown will dress as turkeys for morning drop-off at Sterlington Elementary School on Thursday, November 19!
And rumor has it, these turkeys might not report for duty without a little chase first! Will they make it to the car line on time? Stay tuned!
Help Make the Turkey Takeover Happen!
A $10 donation is suggested, but gifts of any amount are welcome! Every contribution supports United Way of Northeast Louisiana's work to help people strengthen communities across our region.
